If you wish to purchase one of our Model Homes, you’ll save construction and delivery time. Depending on the house available on our lot, many options are already incorporated.
You can CUSTOM BUILD YOUR DREAM HOME! You can work from existing floor plans (ours or another dealer’s) or create an original home layout of your choice. You must stay within the prescribed dimensions of 32 feet wide or less and 82 feet long or less. Note: Length includes a four foot tow hitch and one foot eve; width includes a one foot eve on both sides. There are so very many Standard Features which are already included in every home we build for you. But, you can still make it even better.
If you custom order your home and the style allows, there may be other options available beyond our options list. Looking at the Model Homes on this website can give you some great ideas and inspiration. If you like an existing floor plan, but just want to tweak it a little by moving doors, moving walls or adding windows, no problem.
