The Spears, Purchased: June 2011My family and I started looking for a new home in 2008. We shopped everywhere; Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Carencro, New Iberia, and Alexandria. I decided to go with Bolton Homes because of the knowledge the friendly staff had to offer. I’m very picking and I call the office a LOT and visited their lot over the next three often. Mrs. Bobbie is my girl, you couldn't ask for a better person to help you choice the right home for your family. She is also a pretty good interior decorator. She stuck with me through thick & think. I did a LOT of changing to one of the homes I pick (#5/2009). Mrs. Teresa is great with financing and getting people they contract out to the home. Mike Dunn is contracted to do dirt work, SUPER SWEET guy. He helped me in a time of need quick. The guys from Leesville that set up the home are wonderful and very hard workers. Bolton Homes made my first home buying experience a memory my family and I will never forget. THEY MADE ONE OF MY DREAMS COME TRUE. God Bless each and every one of you at Bolton Homes. Sincerely, Edward Rachel - Transcribed from a letter, May 2011.My Bolton's MF Homes is the best investment I could ever buy. I want to thank Bobbie for talking me into my home. They were very knowledgeable in the home setup and after the purchase. If I ever had a problem I would pick up the phone and call Bobbie and inform her the problem. She would insure that whatever it was, was taken care of. I'm very surprised how cheap it is to run the house. Utilities are very cheap. Run the house on average of 70 degrees no matter what. We wash twice a week. Two loads on Wednesday and tree loads on Saturday. Have a side-by-side refrigerator, a small one for drinks, one in the shop and 34' camper. Also several other items running on electric. I would strongly recommend Bolton MF Homes to anyone. I had my home for 3 and a half years. Home is 32x72, 2176 sq ft home. Thanks Bobbie and Corky for a great home.

Howard & Beth, Purchased in May 2009 We first looked at Bolton Homes after our home burned on April 19, 2009. Of course we were in shock, but Mrs. Bobbie and all the other people at Bolton Homes were so caring and concerned. We were extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship of their homes and ordered one less than two weeks after our home burned. They put a rush on the order and we received our home five weeks later, delivered and set up on our property. The home was built to our exact specifications. We were told about the energy efficiency of the home and it was the truth. Our highest electricity bill for our 64X32 all-electric home during the hot summer of 2010 was slightly less than $200.00 and the bill for March 2011 was only $98.23. When you touch any window in the house, it is never hot or cold. We cannot get over the excellent quality and the energy efficiency of the home. We would recommend Bolton Homes to any person interested in purchasing a good quality home.

Glenn McKinney "Mrs Bobbie is so nice"We drove down from Shreveport Saturday, April 2, 2011, and got to your place just after 3:PM and Mrs Bobbie stayed and showed us a few homes. Daryl and Harleen, Purchased Home in February 2008We purchased our custom designed home from Bolton over 2 years ago, and we are as pleased today with our home as we were the day we bought it. It is a beautiful, well-built home that has been a real joy to live in. Our experience with the caring people at Bolton has been great. It is very obvious that the Bolton employees really do care about their customers, not only before and during a sale but after the sale as well. Bobbie Sillavan was so wonderful to work with. She not only sold us our home, she was kind enough to share her own house plan with us. Her plan could not have fit us better. It is absolutely perfect for us. The service after the sale we have received from Bolton and Kabco has been phenomenal!! I can not sing the praises of Bolton and Kabco loud or long enough. They are wonderful, trustworthy companies in a world full of companies that are the total opposite. I HIGHLY recommend Bolton Homes to everyone!!!

Chance and Brandi To all that are considering buying a home, LOOK NO FURTHER! If you want quality, good deals, and honest people then Bolton Homes is by far what you are looking for. My salesman is Mr. Mark and I have nothing but good things to say about him and the crew at this business. From the start of walking onto their lot to the present I have not once been pressured or felt uncomfortable. Their homes are built with quality material and love. To the wife and myself, Bolton's staff has made us feel like part of their family and not just some walking money sign. Mr. Mark, my salesman, has got to be the most sincere, honest, and straight forward salesman I have ever meet. The Bloomfields, Purchased Home in August 2009Let me start off by saying that the kind people at Bolton Homes are some of the nicest individuals we could have ever met. They went out of their way to make sure we knew every step. They went above and beyond to help us with our home buying process. They made what could have been a very stressful process into a great and warm experience. I personally have never received such excellent customer service. The homes available at Bolton Homes are of top quality and we were very impressed. But what sold us most on the home that we chose was the courteous and knowledgeable service provided by Mark Hoosier. His willingness to help us and answer all of our questions is what made the choice so easy for us. I couldn't have asked to work with a more helpful group of people and I really feel as though we have made new friends. We want to give Corky our sincerest thanks for his hard work on our behalf. Everyone at Bolton Homes continually impressed us and we could not have found a better home.

Everyone there is some of the nicest people we have met. We love our new home. We bought #3 floor plans and not only do we have lots of space and storage space. Our electric bill went down from us paying $250 before in the hottest month to us paying just over $80. That alone would make me buy again.
